The MACS Relicensure Committee will be meeting in the summer, if applications are received by the due dates listed.

IMPORTANT: There is an additional late fee of $100 for using MACS license renewal services in the summer. Once paperwork is received, a link to pay the late fee will be emailed to applicants.
