Math Aide, High School, 1.0 FTE, Career Pathways Public Charter Secondary School

Our teacher led team seeks a High School Math Aide to work in collaboration with our Middle School Math Teacher beginning Fall Semester 2023. Our class sizes are small and we have an awesome team of talented educators who have a passion for student centered learning. We welcome individuals new to the field and will provide coaching and professional development.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Career Pathways has an opening for a full time MATH Aide for the 2023-24 school year. This Aide will assist students with online lessons in 4 small mixed age high school groups. In addition to serving as a High School Math Aide, this educator will also assist an advisory and be a part of the school leadership team. Experience as an aide a plus as is experience in an urban school setting. We serve children in grades 6 through 12.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma.
Successful personal experience with High School Math.
Experience as an after school aide, summer camp counselor, teacher, child care, and or tutoring.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Aleks Learning Program.
Bachelors Degree in any area.
Experience working is a school setting.
