Job Description
SPED Case Manager - Wolf Creek Online - Chisago, MN; Full-Time
We are seeking qualified applicants for the position of Special Education Learning Manager. This position involves teaching and advising in many capacities, as well as, the responsibility to complete all due process paperwork for our special education students. A learning manager or teaching position at Wolf Creek Online High School involves being an academic and non-academic counselor as well as teaching classes. In terms of being a special education learning manager this position also entails the need for highly skilled due process skills. The ability to work several days a week from home and with a variety of supports allows Wolf Creek to offer the best possible special education services and support for our students.
This position involves working several days per week from our campus location in Chisago City, Minnesota.
Qualifications
A qualified candidate will possess the following qualifications:
● A valid Minnesota Teaching License in the area of Special Education is a requirement . A dual license of LD/EBD license preferred but one or the other is a minimum requirement.
● Extensive Due Process knowledge is a requirement.
● Ability to work with an at-risk high school student population a requirement.
● Effective communication and organizational skills are a requirement.
● Ability to work on a team and contribute in a positive manner is a requirement.
● History of working with alternative forms of educational delivery is a plus.

We are the state’s only hybrid high school offering students a chance to work on campus Tuesday and Thursday while having the flexibility to work from home on the other days of the week.
