Job Description

Level Up Academy is currently seeking an innovative and creative Elementary Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Valid Minnesota teaching license
Experience with reading and math intervention
Alignment with LUA’s mission and vision
Charter school commitment
Strong management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Belief that all children can be successful

Level Up Academy (LUA) is a free public charter school in White Bear Lake, MN. LUA emphasizes small, multi-age classes, personalized learning and intentional use of technology.
