Association Policy Positions
The Policy Agenda of the MN Association of Charter Schools is a statement of the collective policy positions and priorities of member schools that guides the Association’s advocacy work.
The agenda is based on a set of Principles for Government Affairs which serve as the basic framework for creating legislative agendas, advocacy efforts, lobbying activities and cooperative public policy actions with other organizations.
The Government Affairs Committee facilitates the process for creating the Association’s public policy agenda, which is approved by the board of directors, and ratified by the membership.
