Advocate Award
Eugene Piccolo MN Charter School Advocate Award
The Eugene Piccolo MN Charter School Advocate Award was established by the Association's Board of Directors in 2024, following the sudden passing of the Association's former Executive Director Eugene Piccolo. This award is designed to recognize advocates who demonstrate the same perseverance, integrity, and vision that Eugene exemplified throughout his work with legislators and in shaping charter school policy in Minnesota for nearly two decades. The Award is given out at the Association’s Annual Meeting.
