Job Description
Water Lily Montessori School seeks a full-time Montessori Primary trained assistant teacher to serve as a Children’s House Assistant Teacher. The assistant will provide classroom support in preparing and maintaining an environment in which the Montessori approach to education is put to practice. The assistant will support the Director to ensure each child’s development is guided spiritually, socially, physically, emotionally, and academically. Qualified candidates will have experience in classrooms that are Montessori, highly personalized and/or self-guided.

● Good oral and written communication skills
