Job Description

Lionsgate is a Public Charter School that specializes in educating students with Autism or other learning differences and offers more than a typical school.

SLP AT OUR SCHOOL:
- Caseload of approximately 30 middle and high school students.
- Work with students in the pull-out, push-in, and small group setting.
- Work at one campus with at least one other SLP and collaborate closely with other support services (social work, OT, DAPE).
- ASHA dues and professional development paid by district.
- Caseloads include social communication, perspective taking, expressive/receptive language, and fluency. Minimal articulation.
- Many students utilize AAC and functional communication skills are targeted.

OUR STAFF:

- Hours are 7:45am-4:15pm.

WE OFFER:
- $55,000 - $72,000 depending on education and experience.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- MN Educational Speech Language Pathologist license.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF).
- Ability to operate a computer and the software necessary to complete the required job tasks.
- Knowledge and experience working with students on the autism spectrum.
One year previous experience working with middle school or high school age youth (preferred).
