Job Description

The Phoenix Academy of Art and Science is seeking an elementary an ½ Title One Teacher and ½ Special Education Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This position is posted as one full time position or could be ½ time Special Education.

Qualifications

Minnesota Teacher License or the ability to obtain a Minnesota Teacher License. The Phoenix Academy is more than willing to work with any educator with an interest regardless of current qualifications.

Institution Description

The Phoenix Academy is located in North Branch Minnesota which is located approximately 35 miles north of Minneapolis MN on Interstate 35. North Branch MN is a growing city with a town population of about 13,000. The Phoenix Academy is a small charter school operating for a 8th year, with a focus on the Arts and Sciences. We have a student population of 170 students with a very dedicated and determined staff. Our school is student centered with a focus on targeted instruction. We have an average class size of 18 students. We have a supportive parent population and wonderful school setting. Our school building is designed and maintained to promote a positive learning environment.
