2022-23 Meeting Dates & Submission Deadlines
The MACS Relicensure Committee will be meeting on the following dates to review renewal application packets:
Thursday, January 19th, 2023
(Deadline to submit packets is Friday, January 13th)
Thursday, February 16th, 2023
(Deadline to submit packets is Friday, February 10th)
Thursday, March 30, 2023
(Deadline to submit packets is Friday, March 24th)
Thursday, April 20th, 2023
(Deadline to submit packets is Friday, April 14th)
Thursday, May 18th, 2023
(Deadline to submit packets is Friday, May 12th)
Submitting License Renewal Materials
Applicants must send their license renewal application packets to the Minnesota Association of Charter Schools office via email or fax. Packets should be emailed to: email@example.com or faxed to: 651-789-3093.
Packets must be received by the stated deadline for the scheduled meeting at which that the applicant would like their materials reviewed.
Packets must follow ALL Committee requirements and use the proper forms
The MACS Relicensure Committee will review your renewal application packet at the next meeting.
An email notification of the status of your submission will be sent to you within five (5) business days after the committee's review.
- Renewal Application materials will not be sent back to applicants.
- No originals should be submitted.
When the Relicensure Committee approves your renewal application, the MACS office will provide instructions for completing the online application with PELSB. You then need to complete your online application for license renewal through PELSB.
