Communicating with Legislators
A fundamental precept of representative democracy is that citizens communicate their hopes, aspirations, expectations and concerns to their elected representatives.
The first step in communicating with your state legislators (Senator and Representative) is to know who represents the area in which you live and the area in which your charter school is located.
Once you know who your legislators are, there are some important strategies and rules to effectively communicate your message and opinion to legislators.
