His focus is on ensuring that Eagle Ridge is data-driven with an unrelenting commitment to excellence, and Jason is a sought-after consultant with charter school leaders both in Minnesota and nationally in the area of professional development.  The school’s Classical Teacher Certificate Program is cited by his board “as the largest and most ambitious example of his support for professional learning.
