NEW LAWS ENACTED - 2023
The 2023 Session of the Legislature enacted significant changes in education funding, laws, and expectations for public schools – including chartered public schools.
The NEW LAW PRIMER SERIES is designed to do two things:
1] Inform you of the dozens of changes in law the Legislature enacted this year, and 2] Provide an overview of the requirements of the new law.
The Series is not designed to provide all the specifics that may be required for implementation.
